Use your student reference number and your standard
College password. All characters should be in lowercase |

Open University Students: Please use your OU Student Personal Identification (Pi) number as both your Username and Password to login to ELITE (your OU username and password will not work as ELITE is not an OU system). All characters should be in uppercase. |
| > | Open University Associate Lecturers: Please type the letters "OU" in upper case followed by staff number as both your Username and Password to log in to ELITE (this will result in eight or nine characters depending on the length of your staff number) Do not use any zeros prefixing your staff number. (your OU username and password will not work as ELITE is not an OU system). |
