Out of Date Information/Pages
Problem:
Out of date or 'wrong' pages appear when you login to ELITE.
Suggested Solution:
This is caused by "Caching". To clear your cache:
- Go to Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet options > General
- Under Temporary Internet files click Delete Files
- Restart the browser (close ALL windows first, including any file download windows).
Also, make sure that your browser is set up to update properly:
- Go to Tools > Internet Options > General.
- Under Temporary Internet files, click Settings.
Under Check for newer versions of stored pages, select Every visit to the page, and click OK.
